No sound at speakers

I installed a Pioneer AVH-3500NEX stereo and now have no sound. All looks correct onscreen. Checked to make sure all Mutes were off!

Have you double checked your wiring for your speakers at the head unit to make sure they were correct? Are there any fuses in the unit?

I am returning the unit today and hope to just exchange it.
