My Doss Soundbox will not shut off.

It seems to be a common problem that I have with my Doss Soundbox. It will not shut off. The white buttons are on constant. Blue light flashes sometimes when the power button is pressed. Sometimes will connect with Bluetooth but disconnects on its own.

I have tried pressing the power button 5 times holding the last time a few seconds. I have tried resetting it with a toothpick in the aux slot. I have inserted the aux. cord and the light turns red, but still won’t shut off or change.

Is there a fix to this?

Let it discharge completely then fully charge it and then reset.

My speaker 's circle blinks on and off and it makes a da-da-da tone. Again and again.
