Sorry I’m a bit inexperienced with tefal machines but I recommend YouTube for a tutorial and eBay will probably have the part you need

@billhilly take a look at this guide Tefal Actifry Disassembly for the disassembly. Once it’s done take a look at where the noise comes from and how the fan is moving. For a replacement fan you are looking for something like this
