Fan does not work Dell XPS 13

The fan on my XPS 13 stopped working, I replaced it with a new one. No change.

What else can I do ?

mika Z what does the fan connector look like ? compomnents around it look damaged in any way? What have you checked on the board? Checked for power on the connector yet? Post some good images of your board etc. with your question so that we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
