You're missing needed letters and/or words, restoring those will get a better response. :)
If that doesn't help try restoring the unit.

Check the rubbish/recycle bin folder on the computer where you deleted the files. Check the .Trashes or .Trash-1000 folders on the iPod (enable "Show Hidden Folders" first in the file browser).
If you have not emptied these trash folders, or added files to the iPod in the meantime, you may still be able to get the files back.
