Battery Replacement, Now Nothing

Hi, I replaced an Apple Watch Battery and it started boot looping, so I took the battery out, and got a new one, replaced it again, and now nothing is happening, but when I connect the charger it makes a funny buzzing/beeping noise. When I have no battery in the device and put it on charge it boot loops. Any help here as i would like to fix my apple watch.

This happened to me while replacing my apple watch 7000. Make sure the battery and watch are connected and it snaps into place. I used my fingers to pinch the two points a couple of times.
