Hi,

My eyes aren’t that good anymore but looking at a close up of the 2nd image are these grub screws that may be undone with an allen key (or hex key) or are they something else?

Usually spouts have an o-ring to prevent the water getting past.

Is there a brand name anywhere on the tap?
