Why is battery rejected

D3200 refuses genuine Nikon batteries. Screen displays message: “This battery cannot be used. Please use a compatible battery”. Tried 3 different Nikon EN-EL14 batteries and all give the not compatible message

Try to clean contacts on your camera and battery, but don't use any metal things
