You can't. The only way to remove iCloud is the original owner with a receipt can take it to an Apple store and they will reset it. Or if you bought it from someone they will have to remove it. They don't need to be there in person they just need to remove it from their account. Other than that there is no way. The FBI just spent millions of dollars to get some people from I believe South Korea to crack the code.
