Will not pick up anything.

I have cleaned it but it will not pick up anything.

Does the brissel brush spin at all? Can you feel any suction? Do not place your hand inside the machine. Simply place your palm flat NEAR the bottom of the vacuum to feel for any air. Can you visually see any movement?
