WAN port not working

Netgear JWNR2000v2 (N300)

2.4 GHz / 802.11n wireless router with WPS.

Options

My router turns on. Wifi no issue lan ports no issue only the wan port not working.

No blinking led when connected a network cable to wan port. Other ports working checked.

What would be the probable problem, which components should I check?

Hi @p19 ,

Have you checked whether the WAN port has been disabled, you didn’t say?

Here’s the user manual. Go to p.66 to view the WAN settings
