Managed to knock component off when opening

When I was prying the motherboard cover off due to an accident with water I stupidly managed to knock a small component off (see attached image). I’m not sure what it is but I imagine it’s a standoff/ground of some sort?

What is it? Can I fix it back on? I’m not sure what it was fixed on with but there is little residue.

Those are soldered to the board. If you have soldered before you can solder that back on.

I think that one is a grounding pin that contacts to the back cover housing of the phone.
