The parts are available online, just search for Nikon D500 LCD screen part to find them. Would need to remove the back panel to replace the LCD panel, as the cable runs to the motherboard.
I have a guide to get you that far, Nikon D500 Back Panel Removal, but have not needed to disasemble the covers off the LCD panel. You’re welcome to make a guide for that to share what steps are needed.
