My JBL E45 is not charging. Can I buy a replacement battery? Where Can I buy it from?

ebay: 3.7V HQRP Battery for JBL Synchros S400BT. Pry off outside ring on left speaker (with USB input) and remove 4 screws. New battery has connector but must cut wires on both existing battery and new battery then solder wires together.
