problem with my used ipad
i bought a apple ipad model#A1489 from salvation army,it says i pad disabled,connect to itunes,i dont hgave itunes,can i restore it,without itunes

You need iTunes or 3utools on a computer to restore an iPad. Otherwise you'll need to borrow a friend's computer or get it restored at an apple store.
