On screen volume keeps going to zero

The volume keeps going to zero which affects the track pad, I have done a full re install thinking it may of been software but at the end it was still doing it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi,

Have you checked that the F2 button (Volume down) is not stuck in the operated position?
