Hi @mecarlo ,

What OS is installed in the computer?

Do you have any USB devices plugged into the computer at all?

If so, try removing them and then see if the display turns off after the selected time.

Just a thought.

I changed my settings to never, rebooted, reset to 10 min and 25 min, all fixed. thanks
