unknown passcode disabled my ipad 3

How can i restore my ipad 3 with out the original passcode? I used itunes and it went through the whole process of restoring and everything . then needed the original owners email and password.The mother of the person who owned it says it wasn’t attached to any other device. how do i bypass this 4 digit passcode?

Options
