Still not turning on
Replaced with new battery and new charging port, but still not turning on! What else could be done?

It probably turns on but the LCD is broken so you cant tell that its on. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 Display Assembly - Touch screen & LCD Display Replacement
