Why is my phone freaking out?

It keeps going in and out of my apps and having it's own kind of mind like it's haunted or something!!! How can I fix this so it will stop so I can use my phone normal again?! I got a ZTE blaze

Hi, that is called ghost touch (ironic since you said it is haunted). Usually a sign you need a screen replacement.
