Stuck at Samsung tab logo
The tab can't be brought to recovery or download mode. When connected to pc tab is recognised as Samsung usb device. But Odin doesn't see the tab.

Unfortunately if you cannot get to recovery mode it sounds like a motherboard problem. You can buy a new motherboard below, however it won’t have cellular capabilities.
