Not printing everything on the page

Even with new ink, not printing out everything on page, like ink jets are clogged?

Hi @lavonasue ,

Does this occur only when printing a document from a computer, or when using the printer's control panel to copy a document or both.

If only when printing from a computer can you print a test page from the printer's properties settings in the computer and check if it prints OK?

Have you tried "cleaning the cartridges" as described in the user manual?

What have you tried to do the fix the problem?
