Why has my screen gone blank
My screen has gone blank and the kindle will switch on or off

Have you charged it? Also when it turned off did it glitch out? When I know the answer I'll tell you whats wrong and I'll look on to it.

It is charged. I was reading and it froze. I waited a moment and tried to go back to the home screen, nothing happened and then the screen just went blank! I waited a while, pressed the reboot button it and held it down, the green light flashed 3 times but nothing else happened, the screen is still blank
