Why is my jack input not working?

I have a Dell Optiplex 790 for a couple of years now and I have it in an old desk that has a a little plank a wood to separate the desk from the floor. I usually have speaker connected to it. It all worked fine until one day I was working with some stuff around the pc when all of a sudden the pc tilted and went foward to the ground but it got pulled back by the speaker cable. After that day the jack didn't work the same. After some time I had to force the cable in to an angle where the jack had to be pulled upwards. After a while of having that the speakers didnt work and the sound was coming out from the tower.

I think it might be broken but im not completely sure. If it is, how can I repair it?
