cannot connect to WiFi getting and authentication problem message

i have two iview tablets, i am unable to connect to the WiFi. it says authenticating and them it say authentication problem . what can i do??

First, double check your wifi password, and be 100% positive you are entering the correct one.

Second, restart your router and or modem. (Usually by unplugging, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging back in.)

Third, restart your Iview tablets, and retry singing into the wifi network.

If none of this works, try signing into the wifi network from a different device, and see if you can connect that way. If you can connect with another device, you may want to check your wifi settings on your tablets.
