Have you tried a different laptop?

Has it worked before when connected to a laptop?

Does it charge OK from a USB port on a laptop?

Hi @avanteguarde,

Really sophisticated device - not. No software provided. Basic USB controller

instruction manual says that it should open Windows Photo or nominated PC video player.

If not look for .jpeg/.mpeg files in new drive using Windows Explorer.
