Screen is black after screen replacement

I tried to replace my Iphone SE screen with a new screen and i did everything correct (to my knowledge) and now it wont turn on, and nothing happens when I plug it in to the computer

Options

You probably have used wrong tool or must have not disconnected battery while installing the screen.

I would suggest find somebody who can diagnosis and work on logic board.
