Have you tried a different CD disc to prove the CD drive is OK?

Have you tried the disc in another PC to prove it is OK?

Sara, can you clarify please:

Is CD tray not opening, or does CD files not show on the computer?

If CD tray is not opening, can you stick a paper clip in the hole next to the eject button and manually open it that way?
