My drone doesn't work and I haven't crashed it

Only the lights come on and the prop's don't work

Can you help me??

sounds like you need to arm it...i don't know what your drone is so try googling how to arm that bad boy... i usually have a good 10 minutes of worry with a new drone as the arming procedure has been different for all of mine
