Back metal cover removal

Hi, I've seen your Xperia XZ teardown video, great stuff!

But I have a question, since this part is missing from the video.

How do I remove the Xperia XZ's aluminium back plate/cover? Do I need to open up the phone and get to it (is it put in place with screws?), or is it glued on, like the front, and all I need is a heater?

Also, a video of it would be immensely appreciate!
