cant connect to internet

I installed all of the drivers onto my t420s and at the bottom of the screen there is the wireless bar thing with a red "X" . Ive reloaded the computer and swapped out the ribbon cable with a different one to no success,.

Any ideas?

R u sure u haven't done it probably cause u can have caused a virus to stop it
