It says printhead is missing, loose, or not installed correctly and to remove it and the ink cartridges and then reinstall but how do I do that and where the heck is the printhead??? Help!!

its the box like cartridge that the ink cartridges are placed into. The inks sit in/on it. I am having the same problem, and don't see anything that looks like it's a problem yet i can't go any further. That printhead (removable box) can only sit in there one way and it's not loose. Don't know what to do either.
