incoming calls not ringing , just shows missed call after caller stops calling
Is this a good question?

This may be a dumb question but have you tried pressing the volume up button, toggling silent, snooze or do not disturb mode?
Phone could be muted or on silent.

yes, that was my first thoughts, and no it's not the volume, but I would think it's probably a software issue??

Hi,
Just curious, does the vibrate motor operate on an incoming call? If so it's not set to vibrate only is it?

Hi @ Bajja Edwin,
Have you checked that the phone is not in "silent mode"?
Do you hear a ringtone when you select a different ringtone in Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtone and select a ringtone?
