USB ports not working
My USB ports have no power.
Won't connect to any devices, printer or I phone.
Any suggestions?

Try using a powered USB hub. It could be the fuse links on the power lines are blown on the main logic board. This can happen when you used the wrong power source on the device or a lightning strike found its way back into your system.

Can this be repaired?
@carlcook - yes, but it does require micro-soldering skills and access to the parts that are damaged. But you'll first need to diagnose more deeply referencing the schematics and board view drawings and a good DVM.
