Obd code reader is showing this number ( 390491)

Hi there I have 2001 Toyota Carolla and my Obd code reader is showing this number ( 390491) does anyone now what problem my car has ? Thank you !!

Andre, double check your scan. You should get a code starting with a capital letter like P followed by four digits
