Is this a Chromebook?
If it is I have seen the hard drive ribbon cable come undone on these a lot.
If it isnt check your connection or the hard drive could be dead.

- Drive may be dead?
- Loose connections?
- OS not installed?
- OS Corrupted?
- No RAM?
- If you can boot into BIOS, than the motherboard’s okay. Try booting from a USB, or reinstalling the OS.
