My camera wont turn on.

I have tried to recharge the battery and still wont turn on. pluged it into computer it has no power.

Try a different pair of batteries, it's quite possible those are just dead.

Try using Lithium batteries. I have 2 cameras that won't work with Alkaline batteries but will with the Lithium.
