Camera Shutter Stuck After Screen Replacement

I recently replaced a broken screen and now the back camera shutter is stuck. I tried a new back camera, but that didn't fix it. I also tried a hard reset, but that also didn't work. Ay ideas how to resolve the issue? Could the connection not be right?

I figured it out. I removed the camera, erased and reset the iPad, ran the set up process, and then reinstalled the camera. Then everything worked.

Some loose connectors between cameras and the logic board. Reseat every connector in between, especially the front camera which is easy to come off
