Logitech G27: How can I fix calibration problem?

Using the G27 Wheel on PS3 the wheel used to turn all the way left and right to calibrate when you plugged in. For a while it started to lose calibration while playing a game and now the wheel won't operate on a game at all. When the wheel goes to calibrate now it only goes part way. Manually I can turn the wheel all the way left and right. Logitech are not interested as the wheel is two years old.

Logitech G29 Driving Force: Sizes of internal screw

Hi,

I tried to dismantle steering wheel and during that operation I managed to destroy head of one of those internal screws as shown in the picture. I'd like to buy replacement screw but I am unable to identify thread. It looks steeper than usual ones. So I am looking for exact type of this screw. The original seems to be from not very strong zink one, the metal is super soft. I'd like to replace it with stainless steal one.

I am talking about screws as shown here in the Ifixit guide:

This is photo of the screws after I managed to get it finally out after the head got destroyed.

Logitech G27: My racing pedals are not functioning properly.

My g27 pedals are not working properly. I discovered that it was a loose or broken wire connection, outside the pedals main platform. I cut the wire and rejoined them, but I am still having connection problems, which shows up on my race games. Possibly loose or broken wire inside the actual device. I am not confident to take this apart without knowing what I am doing. Please advise me if you can. Thanks MR. C. M. Davenport

Logitech G27: Repaired optical encoder wheel but now wont calibrate

My wheel had a split encoder wheel causing the wheel to go out of alignment, so i went inside and fixed using the washer method. Once reassembled and powered on and connected, the wheel starts its calibration for a split second then stops, tries again a moment later and stops.

I'm at a loss as to what it could be, I've made sure that the wheel is free turning and aligned the wheel gear and sliding track to dead centre. I've checked that all the spokes of the encoder wheel are clean and unobstructed, and individually checked the wires on the cable that connects the optical sensor to the main board.

Any other ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
