Device Won’t Turn On

No Charge/Bad Battery

If your phone isn’t powering up when you hold down the power button, your battery may have run dry. Try charging the battery by plugging the phone into your AC Adaptor. If the charge indicator does not come up, you may need to replace either your battery or AC adaptor.

Bad Display

If nothing is displayed on your phone, first make sure that the phone is on and the battery is charged. Then try turning the phone off and rebooting it. If the problem persists, you may need to replace the display screen on your phone.

Bricked Phone

If your phone will not turn on despite having a functioning, charged battery and display, the circuit board may need to be replaced.

Sticky/Unresponsive Buttons

Sticky Buttons

If you feel your buttons sticking, first turn off your phone and reboot it. If the problem persists, turn the phone off and begin disassembly. Remove the face button pad and gently clean it with a damp wipe. After drying, reassemble the phone and turn it back on.

Unresponsive Buttons

If your buttons don’t respond to pressure at all, you may need to replace the button components of your phone.
