Speaker won't turn on when pressing the power button and does not appear to charge

This may be because the cable itself has been damaged or frayed. Inspect the cable for any signs of wear. Also, try connecting the charging cable and speaker to a different outlet to ensure that it is either the speaker or the cable that is the problem.

If you're experiencing reduced battery life or difficulty charging the battery in your speaker, it's possible that the battery may need to be replaced.

While it is unlikely, you may be able to solve the problem by restarting the speaker. Hold the power button for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Speaker remains unconnected when trying to pair with another Bluetooth device

If you are unable to pair to the speaker and the device isn’t showing up on your connecting devices hold the speaker's power button until all lights turn off and wait 10 seconds. Turn on the speaker again and attempt to pair the speaker to your device.

If you are unable to find the speaker in your device's local Bluetooth connections make sure your phone is up to date. If you are connecting as an IOS user check your phone settings for your phone's current update and guarantee it is IOS 10 or higher in order for the speaker to be able to pair.

Audio coming out garbled, distorted, quiet, or is buzzing

Turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. Also, make sure the audio cable is disconnected from the AUDIO IN jack while trying to connect to the speaker via Bluetooth. Place the two devices close to each other. Also, turn off other Bluetooth devices within their proximity to confirm that there is no outside interference.

Open the device and observe the connection between the speaker and the motherboard. Examine the wires for any tears or breaks. Also, examine the actual PH connector (the plastic piece at the end of the wire that plugs into the motherboard). Make sure it is not damaged and that an adequate and secure connection is made.

Verify that there is visible or audible damage on the speakers. See if one or both of the speakers are damaged. See the repair guide for replacement.

No audio after plugging in USB or AUX cord to device and speaker

If AUX/USB isn’t working properly disconnect the cable and wipe down cable ports and the port on the speaker to ensure proper connection.

If cleaning the contacts does not work, attempt replacing the cable as this might be a cable failure.

Inspect the AUX and/or USB ports. Observe if there is any damage to the pins inside. Also, open the device and inspect the PCB holding the ports. If you can confirm that this component is damaged, refer to the repair guide for replacement.

Lights / LEDs do not turn on while speaker is powered on

Turn the speaker off and then on using the power button. You know the speaker is on when the power indicator lights up green.

If the device’s LEDs have not already turned on, press and hold the BATT (battery)/LIGHT button behind the cap on the rear side of the speaker for about 3 seconds until the lighting function turns on.

Open the device and verify that the wires are making a proper connection between the motherboard and the respective left and right LED control circuits. Also, examine the wires for any tears or breaks.

There are two LED control PCBs (right and left) that control their respective sides of the speaker’s lighting. Verify if the right, left, or both sides of the speaker’s LEDs are not lighting and replace the corresponding circuit to fix the issue. See the repair guide for replacement.
