Device won't turn on

No matter what you do, you can't get your phone to turn on.

Dead Battery

If you already charged your device and the phone still will not turn on, the battery is most likely dead and will need to be replaced.

Faulty charger

If your charger doesn't seem to be working, try using a different charger and see if that makes a difference. Also make sure that your phone is 100% charged before attempting to turn it on again.

Screen is unresponsive

Whenever you go to use your phone the screen is fuzzy and text isn't clear.

Faulty Mother Board

It is possible that it appears nothing is happening because the mother board is faulty. This problem can occur out of nowhere and you will most likely need to replace the mother board in order for the screen to become responsive again.

Phone is not charging

No matter what outlet you use to try and charge your phone, the charger will not work.

Dead Battery

If you have attempted to charge your phone and even replaced the charger then the battery is most likely dead and will need to be replaced.

Inefficient Charger

Try using a different outlet to charge your device. If the device still doesn't show that it is charging, you will need to replace it.

Poor Charging Port

If replacing the charger doesn't work, the phone's port to connect it to the charger may be damaged or defective.

Keypad is not working

You have tried everything to get your keypad to work again and it still is causing problems.

Defective Keypad

Although you have tried your best to get the keypad to function properly, it still is not performing as it should. You will most likely need to replace the keypad.

Poor Service Connection

Sometimes the keypad will not be able to type out messages and send them properly if you haven't established a good WIFI connection. Make sure you check your signal and are in an environment with a strong signal and a good connection.

Phone earpiece is void of sound

Every time you make a call to someone from your device, you are always unable to hear the person on the other end.

Sound is either on mute or too low to hear

Make sure that the volume on your phone is turned up all the way. You can do this with the button located on the left hand side of your phone labeled with a +. Also, make sure to check your settings to see that the phone is not on mute.

Earpiece is faulty

If checking that the volume is turned up all the way and the mute button is not on, then the earpiece of the device is most likely faulty and will need to be replaced.
