The device is unable to connect to the BD-Live server
The device is not connecting to the BD-Live server
No Network connection
Use the device's built-in network status function to test the network connection.
No BD-Live connection
Check the device settings to see if the BD-Live Internet Connection option is set to Allow (All).
Device not displaying on the TV
Device is on but nothing is displaying on the TV
HDMI Connection
Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the device and the TV.
Incompatible TV Resolution
Check the TV to make sure it can support the devices output resolution.
The disk cannot be ejected
The disk is not ejecting.
Unsecure Power Cord
Make sure the power cord is plugged securely into the outlet.
Power Cycling
Turn the device off then back on again.
Playback does not start
Playback doesn't start after inserting the disk
Check the disk region
Check the region on the blu-ray disk as a disk purchased from abroad may not be playable.
Damaged disk
Make sure the disk is not warped or damaged.
Disk needs to be cleaned
Wipe the disk clean.
The device doesn't play sound
No sound is coming out of the speakers
Speaker Connection
Check to make sure all the speakers are connected to the device.
