Tablet will not charge
When you plug in the tablet to a power source it will not charge.
Charger cord is broken
See if the cord to the charger is frayed or pinched, if so try another charger.
Try resetting the tablet
see "How to reset my tablet"
Bad battery
The battery in your device may have gone bad try replacing it.

Touchscreen will not respond
Screen will light up but will not respond when you touch it
Bad logic board
Try resetting the tablet. See "How to reset my tablet". If that doesn't work you may have to replace the logic board.
Screen is broken
If this is the case you will have to replace the screen of the tablet.
Sound will not work
You try to play music or a video and the sound will not work
The sound has been muted
Go into settings and make sure that your device is not muted
Speaker is blown
Still no noise coming from the speaker, if this is the case than you must replace the speaker
Camera will not work
Camera will not work or images appear blurred
Camera is dirty
Try cleaning the camera with a micro fiber cloth and a little bit of glass cleaner
Problem with the logic board
Try resetting the tablet, see "How to reset my tablet"
Camera is broken
When using the camera the screen goes black, if this happens than the camera is most likely broken and needs to be replaced.
My Wi-Fi says it's 'Disconnected' after I attempt to connect
The Disconnected status means that the tablet is not connected to any network
Incorrect password
Make sure the correct password is entered when connecting to your wireless network. This password could be on the bottom of the router or a password that was created by someone when the Wi-Fi device was originally set up.
Too far from router to get a steady connection
Move your device closer to the router, and make sure the router is on. See if it will connect to other devices
How to reset my tablet
To reset the tablet, unplug it from the power source. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds and then plug the power source back in. Press and hold the power button for an additional 2-3 seconds.

I tried to reset it but its still doing the same thing , it charges fine, just when I turn it on it doesn't fully load up it gets stuck at the skypad screen and stays there, the screen doesn't go black, it doesn't fully load. can it be fixed or is it a total loss only had it for a year.

Sky pad 8 won't reset, touch screen won't let me press buttons on touch screen, I've tried several times, it will go to code entry screen, but can't enter password due to no response on touch screen screen
