Ripstik is moving slowly side to side

The board is resistant to side-to-side movement.

Torsion Bar is not clean

It’s possible that your Torsion bar is not clean. Remove the bolts on either side and separate the Ripstik into two decks. Apply grease to the torsion bar and reassemble.

Caster is not clean

It’s possible that your casters may not be clean. Remove the wheels and then remove the bolt from the caster.

Ripstick wheels are squeaky and/or slow

The wheels are resistant to rolling movement.

Wheel Bearings are not clean and lubricated

It’s possible that your bearings are not clean and have not been lubricated properly are on. Remove the bearings, clean the bearings out using a citrus-based cleaner, and add a few drops of skateboard lubricant to the bearings.
