Shaver won't turn on
No matter what you do, you can't get your shaver to turn on.
Hold switch is turned on
Make sure the device was properly charged prior to first use.
I have charged the device and it is still not working
Drained/bad battery
It is possible that the battery is bad. Replacement will be needed. You can order new batteries here. Installation can be done using this helpful video.
Charging cord not working
Although it is possible to fix the wire, it is in your best interest to just buy a new one.
Another part is missing/broken
Blades, batteries, and more can be replaced

Shaver causing irritation or pulling while being used
Blades are dull and/or worn out
Make sure that the blades have been replaced recently if worn - blades can be replaced using these replacements. Installation can be done using this helpful video.
Trimmer malfunctioning
Make sure to properly lubricate the trimmer before use. Lubricant can be purchased here.

i removed blades to clean. bur have difficult to put them back.

Need to know why the blades aren't turning. Shaved is charged and on.

I VE HAD 5 NORELCO RAZORS . In april I purchase an8000 series with cleaning system. The razor makes afunny sound while shaving with any groth of beard it does not cut like my older ones did . Icleaned it by taking head off and cleaning. do I need alubricant on my face? If I do please advise

My norelco aquatec will not turn on. I have changed the blades and cleaned it and it is fully charged as well but it will not seem to turn over. It tries to work but will not. The three orange lights come on and then it goes off.
Please help as it is only 1 year old and I love it!

Why can’t someone answer about the THREE lights? It’s still working, but there has to be a reason for the THREE Lights to be on. You have pictures showing the three little lights.
