LCD malfunctioning

The LCD is broken

LCD is cracked

Make sure the camcorder is on by clicking the power button and indicating that the left light on the back of the display is on. Replace the screen using this guide(will be a link).

LCD doesn't turn on

Make sure the camcorder is on by clicking the power button and indicating that the left light on the back of the display is on. Open the hinge to see the LCD and click the MENU button to see if the LCD will light up. If the LCD does not turn on replace the LCD using this guide(will be a link).

Motherboard Replacement

In some cases, issues with the device may be the result of a broken or disconnected motherboard. Being the main circuit of the device, the motherboard is essential in the proper function of the device itself, which could lead to failure should it become broken or disconnected.

Unknown Errors

The motherboard controls almost everything in the camcorder so many problems that don’t have a known solution may be the result a malfunctioning motherboard. Replace it by using this guide(will be a link).

Formatting the memory device

If the SD/HDD memory on the camcorder is not recognized by a computer or another device, you may need to format the card. Connect the unit to the computer/device using the AC adaptor. On the camcorder’s menu, select [SETUP]> [FORMAT CARD], and press and hold the delete button for about three seconds. Select “yes” when the SD deletion popup window appears, then follow the on-screen instructions. If the problem is due to the memory card itself, you may need to buy a replacement; previous memory may be lost, but the card will be more functional for future use.

HDD not holding memory

Make sure that when looking at the memory in the HDD, the proper cables are connected and the device that you are looking at the memory on is working correctly. USB port not functioning

Nothing that is plugged into the USB port connects with the camcorder

USB is visually broken

When looking at the USB there is a piece missing, bent, or out of place. This mean that the USB will need to be replaced and a guild for this replacement can be found here(will be a link).

USB is not registering with devices

Make sure the device is pushed into the USB correctly and completely to get a good connection. Try plugging in many different device and making sure it isn’t the device that in broken. If no device are working with the USB replace it by following this guide(will be a link).

Camcorder not charging

The camcorder doesn't charge when the plugged into the charging cable

Cable is dysfunctional

Check the cable for tears and/or broken sections. Trying a different cable and different wall outlet may be an easy fix to the problem.

Charging Port is visually broken

When looking at the charging port there is a piece missing, bent, or out of place. This will involve a more elaborate fix by replacing the charging port. This link can be used to replace the charging port(will be a link).

Sir good morning I have panasonic sdr-h101 i purchased in abudhabi in2011 now it is not punctuation when start unit it appear on screen error
