Phone dies frequently
When your phone is always dying or not charging or if your phone dies and does not turn back on after plugging it in for a while.
Battery is dead or drained
The phones battery drains very fast after charging, after fully charged phone lasts only about 10 min then the issue is usually the battery and you can see how to replace is using our free repair guide.
No sound when you plug in headphones
When you plug in headphones and you don’t hear anything or you just hear static.
Damaged audio jack
If you can’t seem to hear anything when you plug in headphones and you check that it isn’t the headphones then there is a problem with your audio jack. You can use our free repair guide to replace the audio jack.
Power button or volume sticks to the phone or doesn't work
When you try to use the lock/power or the volume button and you know the phone is on but doesn’t seem to do anything.

If the button seems to stick or not work there could be a problem with the solution used to hold the button or the button is dirty. You can use our free repair guide to replace or clean the power/lock button.

If the button seems to stick or not work when you push it then there could be a problem with the liquid solution that is used to hold the button or the button/button port is dirty. You can use our free repair guide to replace or clean the volume button.
