Air Flow Not Shown

There is no exhale flow being monitored when the ventilator is turned on.

Tube is disconnected from exhalation flow sensor

The tubing connected to the exhalation flow sensor may be loose or may have become disconnected. Turn off the ventilator then reconnect the tubing and ensure it tightly secured to the flow sensor. Turn the ventilator back on and check to see if air flow is not being monitored. If air flow is still being monitored as zero, the problem may lie elsewhere, checkout some the other causes listed.

Solenoid PCB valve failure

The solenoid PCB may have been damaged over time and no longer operates correctly. If the solenoid PCB appears damaged, you can replace it by following this guide here.

Analog PCB failed

The analog PCB may have been damaged over time and no longer operates correctly. If the analog PCB appears damaged, you can replace it by following this guide here.

Failing Oxygen Calibration

The automatic oxygen sensor calibration fails.

Oxygen sensor restrictor occluded

The oxygen sensor restrictor can become dirty from dust and other small particles. Clean the oxygen sensor restrictor and reattempt calibration. If the calibration is still failing, you may need to replace the oxygen sensor restrictor. Follow this guide here.

Defective oxygen sensor

The oxygen sensor itself could be damaged or defective, if this is the case then replace it by following this guide here.

Showing Low Gas Supply

The device is displaying a low supply gas alarm.

Supply pressure is not within specified range (30-90 psig)

Ensure that both gas supplies have a pressure of at least 30 psig.

Not Powering On

Loss of battery power.

Defective battery hardware/ battery missing or discharged

Replace DC-DC power supply PCB; recharge or replace battery. Guide for replacing these components is detailed in the guide here.

Not Flowing Enough Air/Low Air Flow

No flow or low flow from inspiratory port during inspiratory phase of a mandatory breath.

Inlet regulator failure or servo valve failure

Calibrate air and oxygen regulators; replace if calibration is not successful. Calibrate servo valves; replace if calibration is not successful.
