Battery Not Charging
Simply put, there is no charging or indication of charge occurring.
Faulty charger or wrong charger
Check if the screen lights up when the phone is connected to a power source. Make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning power source. Check the plugs and phone charging for possible bending, erosion, liquid damage. Be sure to use the included charging cable. The simplest solution would be to turn the phone off and on again if it is on. If none of these items work, consider replacing the battery.
Faulty battery
Be sure to use the original charger included with the phone, other charges might have the same current rating as the original charger and the phone will detect anything other than 2 amps of current. If you are using a wireless charger, ensure it has a Qi logo on it. Replace the battery using this guide
